Time for Spring Cleaning!

As the spring breezes bring warmer temperatures, homeowners often start to think about shaking off the winter with a good deep cleaning. There is nothing like a clean, fresh home to welcome the spring!

As you are scrubbing floors and baseboards and getting rid of accumulated clutter, please consider donating what you can to the various charity organizations around the DC, MD, and NoVA areas. Many household goods can find new life when recycled for a good cause. If remodeling is part of your spring plan, there are even organizations that will take home appliances, kitchen cabinets, sinks and faucets, and other things you no longer need.

A side benefit of donating things you no longer need is that it keeps recyclable and usable items out of local landfills.

The objective of cleaning is not just to clean, but to feel happiness living within that environment.
